Mr. Dougherty has over 15 years of sales and marketing operating experience and over ten years of business development experience. Mr. Dougherty has provided sales and marketing support to various North American portfolio companies, including serving as interim Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ACR Electronics, Inc. for an 18-month period. Since 1987, he has been with North American Archery Group, LLC, a manufacturer of archery equipment, initially as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and most recently as Vice Chairman. Previously he served as Director of Marketing Research at Crosman Corporation. Earlier in his career, he founded Craig Dougherty & Associates, a marketing and advertising research consulting firm whose clients have included the Coleman Companies. Mr. Dougherty has an M.S. and a Ph.D. from Syracuse University and an A.B. from Muhlenberg College.
